NOTE:  You can return to this registration to make payments as needed, for example, you can order all equipment now and then return to register for CPHL at a later date etc.  

EQUIPMENT INFORMATION - 

Please complete equipment payment (amount varies by player) no later than July 21, 2023  to ensure you get equipment as soon as possible.  Typically we will have all items in before the start of the CPHL season.  All players must have green helmets, Vista custom gloves and Vista gear bag.  (Seniors that have not played for us prior will be issued a loaner gear bag)  **Orders paid after July 21, 2023 will not be guaranteed the brand or size requested as ordering takes 60-90 days and we must have a minimum order to submit future orders, so don't wait**  

CPHL TRYOUTS - WILL BE THE BEGINNING OF AUGUST - Dates and times will be posted on website by July 10th 

Please complete the CPHL tryout fee of $50 no later than July 21,st 2023 AT 11:59PM

Registration AND 1st installment payment $650 is due no later than July 21, 2023 (If you do not make a team this will be refunded, if you are not present for tryouts due to an unavoidable conflict,  placement will be on the JV team unless prior evaluation or discussion with Vista Hockey Director has occurred). We strongly encourage everyone to make tryout dates a priority.  THIS FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE IF YOU ARE GIVEN A POSITION ON A TEAM BUT DECLINE IT.  BY PROCEEDING YOU ARE AGREEING TO THIS POLICY.

Please complete CPHL 2nd installment payment $800 (both JV and Varsity) no later than September 5, 2023

Please complete CPHL 3rd installment payment $700 Varsity, $600 JV no later than October 5, 2023

**depending on travel changes or additions there may be additional team fees needed, but typically these charges will cover all CPHL team costs such as coaches travel, tournament fees and ice usage**  Players travel with their families and are responsible for their travel and accommodations and expenses to and from tournaments. 

If money is not received by deadlines, player will not be able to tryout/play.  If you have financial issues with these dates please contact MVHSHockeyInfo@Gmail.com and provide details of the hardship and the board will review these requests.

All summer skate sessions must be paid in full prior to tryouts as well, if you have an outstanding balance that needs to be paid prior to tryouts.  (If a player doesn't make a CPHL team, $600 will be refunded.). The $50 tryout fee is non-refundable.  ***If a player secures a spot on either team but chooses to not accept that spot, the entire $650 (registration and tryout fee) will be forfeited***.  If a player is selected as a swing player (playing in both varsity and JV games or practices, that player shall pay the Varsity level fees only).
